They apply to all transactions concerning the sale of perfumes under the CapitoleParfum brand, as well as additional services that La Micro du Capitole may offer, such as subscription options and free personalized advice.
2. Products
La Micro du Capitole sells perfumes under the CapitoleParfum brand, consisting of authentic fragrances from recognized brands, repackaged into bottles labeled with our brand. These original bottles are acquired on the secondary market, where they have been legally purchased from authorized resellers and then resold as second-hand items. We repurchase these bottles to extract the perfume, transferring it into our containers only upon order to ensure the preservation of the original olfactory qualities.
This post-order transfer process ensures the freshness and integrity of the perfume, protecting it from environmental factors such as light exposure, temperature variations, and humidity. Original bottles are stored under optimal conditions to prevent any degradation.
Our range, primarily offered in small sizes from 5mL to 50mL, is designed to meet the various needs and preferences of our customers. Each fragrance is listed in our online catalog with a detailed description.
Product availability is regularly updated on the site. However, in the event of a stock shortage making an order impossible, La Micro du Capitole reserves the right to cancel the order. The customer will be immediately contacted to discuss alternative options, such as substitution with another perfume or a refund.
3. Prices
Our perfume prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes on capitoleparfum.com. Shipping fees are not included in the product prices; they are calculated at checkout based on the total amount and the delivery method chosen by the customer.
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet customer expectations in terms of cost, speed, and convenience, including home delivery and relay point options. Shipping costs may be discounted or even free for orders exceeding a certain amount, which will be specified at checkout.

4. Order
Order Steps:
CapitoleParfum customers can add items to their cart after selecting the desired size. The cart can be accessed at any time to review the chosen items. Customers may proceed to payment directly from the cart via express payment options such as Apple Pay or Shop Pay, or continue to the next step for a complete review.
On the order summary page, all details of the order are displayed, including items, delivery fees, and any discounts applied using promotional codes. At this stage, customers also select their delivery service and provide their contact, shipping, and billing information. After entering these details, they choose their payment method.
Verification and Confirmation:
Before finalizing the purchase, a verification page allows customers to review and confirm all information. They can return to the cart to make changes if necessary. Once the order is confirmed and payment is completed, the customer receives an email confirmation summarizing the order and provided information.
Order Tracking:

7. Right of Withdrawal and No-Return Policy
No-Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, CapitoleParfum, operated by La Micro du Capitole, enforces a no-return policy for all sold perfumes due to their personalized repackaging and unique nature. Exceptions:
Exceptions to this no-return policy may apply in cases where the delivered product is different from the one ordered or if it arrives damaged. In such cases, please contact our customer service at support@capitoleparfum.com immediately upon receipt to assess the situation and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include product replacement or a refund.
Legal Right of Withdrawal:
In accordance with distance selling regulations, customers have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days for non-customized products. However, this right does not apply to CapitoleParfum products due to their personalization and classification as items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.
8. Warranties and Liability
Offered Warranties:
CapitoleParfum, operated by La Micro du Capitole, adheres to the legal conformity warranty, which protects consumers against product non-conformities at the time of delivery, for a period of two years. Since our products are not repairable, in case of non-conformity, we offer product replacement or, if not possible, a full refund.
Liability Limitations:
La Micro du Capitole's liability is limited to direct damages resulting from a product non-conformity upon delivery. We are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of opportunity or other indirect financial losses resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
Procedure in Case of Defect:
If a non-conforming product is received, customers are invited to contact our customer service at support@capitoleparfum.com within 48 hours of receipt. Customers should provide a description of the issue and, if possible, photographic evidence. After claim assessment and validation, CapitoleParfum will arrange for the return of the product at our expense and proceed with a replacement or refund based on stock availability and customer preference.

If amicable resolution or mediation fails to resolve the dispute, the courts of Toulouse will have jurisdiction over any legal action. This applies to all disputes and conflicts that may arise regarding the use of CapitoleParfum's services or the interpretation and execution of these terms.
